Student Awards

The following awards are instituted to be presented to the qualified students at the annual convocation:

• President’s Award for academic excellence.  For the students who obtain the highest grade point average and recommended by the faculty as the best academically qualified graduate of the year in the M.Th./M.B.S program.  The award shall carry a cash prize and a certificate.

• The Founder’s Award for Christian maturity, in memory of our founder president, the late Dr. Isaac John, for the student who shows the best Christian character and recommended by the faculty.  The award shall carry a cash prize and a certificate.

• ETS award for Homiletics.  For the male M.Th student who demonstrates the greatest proficiency in expository preaching as recommended by the faculty.  The award shall carry a cash prize and a certificate.

• P.M. Mathew memorial award for excellence in Systematic Theology for the student who gets the highest G.P.A in the department of Theology.  The award shall carry a cash prize and a certificate.

• Evangelist P.M. Joseph award for Christian Service. For the student who demonstrates outstanding zeal in practical Christian service as recommended by the faculty. The award shall carry a cash prize and a certificate.
